Introduction
During individual coaching you are working on a personal goal. Your coach supports you by asking you critical questions and if you want to, to give advise. An individual coaching consists after a personal introduction usually three sessions: analyses, conclusion and evaluation.
Analyses
The analyses is done using continuous critical questions, feedback and when needed results of specific tests. This interview in depth helps you to identify possibilities and obstructions in your thinking, emotions and behaviour. Next you survey with your coach the relationship between his generel self-image and your personal goal. Afterwards you put your conclusions in writing, helped by the coach to formulate the possible subjects and using the best formulation.
Conclusions
During the second session your conclusions are being discussed. The coach enables your further consiousnes and your practical translation to desired developments. During this session certain skills can be discussed and practiced which are part of different trainings. Specific intervention techniques are being used to replace old patterns to more adequate patterns.
Evaluation
In the third session your experiences regarding your personal development will be discussed and when applicable tuned.
Examples of personal goals
- I have been trained, but do not succeed in praticing the new insights and knowledge.
- I do too much work myself. I would like to be able to delegate more.
- My docter tells me that I have a stressfull live. I want to change that.
- It feels like everybody aims for me. I want to know what I am doing wrong.
- A capacity test indicates that I am not direct or tough enough. Can you help me change?
